Can I return my order?

We do not take responsibility for over or under ordering of wallpaper, fabric or any other products.

Please note that cut lengths of fabric cannot be returned or exchanged, nor can any bespoke products. Please also note that our fabrics have natural and manufacturing characteristics such as slubs and knots. 

We endeavour to check all of our products before dispatch but should any goods arrive with a fault, or if we have made a mistake with your order please email us immediately and send photos of the damage/fault so we can work out how the fault occurred. We will require you to return the order with all packaging and labels.

All goods are dispatched suitably packaged for transit purposes only. If your order arrives damaged it must be signed for as such and reported to us immediately at mail@abigailedwards.com

You have the right to return your unopened wallpaper in perfect condition within 7 days receipt of your order otherwise refunds will not be issued. Shipping is at the customer’s expense. Full payment less delivery costs and any duty charged will be refunded to you.

If the goods are faulty or we have made a mistake with your order, postage costs will be refunded. We cannot take responsibility for any goods lost in transit, so please use a secure service when returning any unwanted goods.
