Terms & Conditions

All Abigail Edwards products are manufactured with care and meet our specifications for the products use, but this does not act as a guarantee that our products will meet your requirements.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the environment is suitable for the wall covering, or a fabric is suitable for purpose etc.

We recommend customers order samples before purchasing goods. Images online are as accurate as possible to match the product but can differ to those shown.

We reserve the right to refuse supply of products or services to any individual or company.

 

Returns

We do not take responsibility for over or under ordering of wallpaper, fabric or any other products. Any additional orders as a result of under ordering will be treated as a separate order and cannot be added on to previous orders.

Please note that cut lengths of fabric cannot be returned or exchanged, nor can any bespoke products. Please also note that our fabrics have natural and manufacturing characteristics such as slubs and knots. 

We endeavor to check all of our products before dispatch but should any goods arrive with a fault or if we have made a mistake with your order please email us immediately and send photos of the damage/fault. We will require you to return the order with all packaging and labels. We cannot take responsibility for any goods lost in transit, so please use a secure service when returning any goods.

All goods are dispatched suitably packaged for transit purposes only. If your order arrives damaged it must be signed for as such and reported to us immediately at mail@abigailedwards.com

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

You, as the purchaser, are responsible for any other taxes or duties (such as import duties) payable on Abigail Edwards products.

You have the right to return your unopened wallpaper in perfect condition within 7 days receipt of your order otherwise refunds will not be issued. Shipping is at the customer’s expense. Full payment less delivery costs and any duty charged will be refunded to you.

If the goods are faulty or we have made a mistake with your order, postage costs will be refunded. We cannot take responsibility for any goods lost in transit, so please use a secure service when returning any unwanted goods.

 

Intellectual property

All Abigail Edwards Ltd products are protected by ACID. You acknowledge that we own all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the Abigail Edwards site and products.

No individual or company may copy, distribute or create any derivative work from Abigail Edwards Ltd designs, website or products unless licensed to do so by us.

 

Privacy

When you order a product from the Abigail Edwards website any information you give is used to send you and charge you for the product that you have brought.  We may also ask you how you heard about our products.

We very occasionally send out a newsletter when we have a new product or a special offer or news that we think may interest you. The newsletter will be sent by email. Please click unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter if you no longer wish to be on our mailing list.

We do not share your information under any circumstances.
